the "Mother May I?" benefit challenge

Tami's mother passed away in 1998 from Scleroderma. To honor her mom and to raise money to battle this disease, she has created the Mother May I? challenge class.Mother May I starts April 27th. Don’t be late or Tami's telling your mother!

THE CHALLENGES
Over three weeks, in 9 sessions, you will make scrapbook pages inspired by a big collection of "mom-isms" that Tami has translated into a scrapbooking adrenaline rush. Join her for a grand total of 72 challenges.

SNEAK PEEK
Each of the 9 rounds will take a look at the different kinds of advice a mom gives---for example, on fashion, or peer pressure, or nutrition. In each of the 9 rounds, there will be four "momisms" translated into challenges that you'll complete as a "dutiful daughter" or a "wild child" or both! Here's a look at how (in Tami's wild mind) one momism translates to a challenge.

Mother Says: “Nobody said life is fair.”

Translation: Good grief, stop complaining.

The Dutiful Daughter will stop complaining. She is the golden child. She listens to her mother, understand her and rarely gives mother grief. Be golden, focus on the positive. Do a layout and name 25 things you consider blessings in your life. Anything goes, whether you want to list 25 people, 25 places or 25 menu items at your favorite restaurant. Just share 25 things that are positives in your life.

The Wild Child thinks life should be fair and doesn’t care what Mother says. Life should be fair.
Go wild, get a little miffed about something that was unfair. Share an experience of unfairness in your life. Has a favorite television show been cancelled just as it was getting good? Have you ever been passed up for a job for no reason? Have you ever gotten a traffic ticket you didn’t deserve? Did a sibling get all the “good stuff” and you got all the hand-me-downs? Share what’s unfair.
